Responsabilités

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and production timelines.
• Directs and monitors kitchen staff and volunteers.
• Assigns workstations and tasks based on production requirements.
• Monitors compliance with food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Verifies meal counts, packaging accuracy, and special diet compliance.
• Coordinates timely completion of Meals on Wheels production and distribution schedules.
• Assists with staff training and onboarding.
• Maintains production records and communicates operational concerns to management.
• Identifies workflow improvements and operational efficiencies.
