Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks effectively.
• Under Store Manager supervision, manage kitchen activities in prepared foods and beverages.
• Partner with Store Manager to be accountable for all kitchen activities and 5S.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service.
• Proficiently perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
