Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and direct daily operations, including food, beverage, and facility management.
• Forecast and analyze sales, labor, and profit; ensure adherence to budget.
• Schedule, supervise, and participate in unit duties and staff activities.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and direct the unit's management and staff.
• Maintain accounting records, daily reporting, cash control, and P&L management.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues to sustain service quality.
• Maintain safe facility environment and compliance with hygiene, safety, and dress standards.
• Serve as the company contact with clients and uphold a professional image.
