You will forecast and manage sales, labor, and budgets while maintaining safety and quality standards across the operation. Strong leadership and communication are essential to coordinate with clients and the district management team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor’s or Business Degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in related management.
• Food Safety Certified a plus.
• Ability to supervise and train staff; manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and direct daily operations; forecast sales, labor, and profit.
• Schedule, supervise, and participate in operational duties.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and direct management and staff.
• Maintain accounting records, daily reporting, and cash control; manage P&L.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Maintain safe facility environment and staff hygiene; ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Act as company point of contact with clients and represent the company professionally.
