Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of related management experience.
• Food Safety Certification is a plus.

• Ability to organize multiple priorities and lead a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and direct daily operations; forecast sales, labor, and profit; ensure budget compliance.
• Recruit, supervise, train, schedule, and direct management and staff.
• Maintain accounting records, reporting, and cash control; manage P&L.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Maintain safe facility environment and ensure equipment/heath standards.
• Represent the company professionally with clients and guests.
