The League Kitchen & Tavern in Austin, TX is hiring Restaurant Kitchen Managers to oversee BOH operations, ensure food quality and guest service, and manage kitchen staff. The role requires flexibility to work opening hours, including weekends and holidays.

You should have 2+ years as Kitchen/Restaurant Manager or Head Chef, knowledge of Aloha or Toast, strong math and reporting skills, and a high school diploma (hospitality certification a plus). We offer competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as Kitchen Manager, Restaurant Manager or Head Chef.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Aloha/Toast.
• Good math and reporting skills; customer service attitude.

Responsabilités

• Oversee BOH operations to ensure guest service and food quality standards.
• Manage kitchen staff and assist in menu execution and cost control.
• Work with opening hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Support leadership in reducing operating costs and boosting staff retention.
