Mighty Fine Burgers, Fries & Shakes, Austin-based, is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to oversee FOH & BOH operations and uphold guest service and food quality standards. You will help minimize costs, boost retention, and deliver a top-notch dining experience.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in restaurant management, familiarity with Aloha/Toast, strong math and reporting skills, and a customer-service mindset. Must be available for opening hours, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar experience in hospitality
• Familiarity with restaurant management software like Aloha/Toast
• Good math and reporting skills
• Customer service attitude
• Communication and team management abilities
• Availability to work within opening hours (evenings, holidays, weekends)
• High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus
