The League Kitchen & Tavern in Austin, TX seeks a Restaurant Kitchen Manager to lead back-of-house operations, ensure food quality, and uphold service standards during opening hours, including weekends and holidays.

You will oversee kitchen teams, coordinate with front-of-house, monitor costs, and implement training. 2+ years experience in kitchen/restaurant management; familiarity with Aloha/Toast helpful; high school diploma required.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience as a Kitchen Manager, Restaurant Manager or Head Chef.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Aloha/Toast.
• Good math and reporting skills.
• Customer service attitude.
• Communication and team management abilities.
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).

Mansioni

• Oversee BOH operations to ensure guest service & food quality.
• Be available to work within opening hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Minimize operating costs, boost employee retention and deliver a positive dining experience for guests.
• In KM role, manage back-of-house/kitchen teams alongside assistant managers; Sous Chef experience preferred.
