City Barbeque, Llc is hiring a Kitchen Manager/Assistant General Manager to oversee the kitchen and food operations for a City Barbeque joint. You will serve as the Pit Boss, manage food ordering, production, forecasting and ensure standards are met with quality and speed.

The role emphasizes line checks, staff training, and collaboration with the FOH team to deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining cost controls and health standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams and maintaining standards.
• Proven ability to hire, train and develop kitchen staff.
• Strong understanding of food safety, quality control and cost awareness.
