Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to train staff, manage scheduling and performance reviews.
• Familiarity with kitchen safety, food handling, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations and food production, ensuring proper forecasting and recipe adherence.
• Lead hiring, training, and development of kitchen staff; enforce performance standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to meet budgeted goals.
• Ensure adherence to Health Department and third-party audits; maintain quality scores.
• Train and rollout new products with the Core Team and Trainers.
• Support FOH team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
