Job summary

Concessions International is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Supervisor to lead back-of-house operations at a Virginia location. You will manage food preparation, ensure product quality, and monitor inventory and ordering to meet par levels.

This role requires strong leadership, coaching, and adherence to brand standards and safety guidelines. The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of leadership in kitchen or food service, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to obtain ServSafe

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of large-quantity food preparation methods and procedures.
• Record keeping and guest service.
• Ability to obtain ServSafe Food Safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate, and prepare food ensuring quality and consistency.
• Monitor inventory, par levels, and orders.
• Plan and assign work to kitchen staff; conduct line-ups.
• Maintain storage, labeling, rotation, and temperature logs.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop associates; manage performance.
