You will recruit, train, and mentor a culinary team, ensure food safety and cost controls, and drive daily prep, production, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires ServSafe or other approved Food Safety Certification within 90 days of employment or promotion.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have current Food Safety Certification

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency.
• Prepare, cook, and present menu items according to company standards and recipes.
• Lead daily prep and production, ensuring freshness and flavor expectations.
• Develop and inspire a culinary team that takes pride in craftsmanship and collaboration.
• Maintain consistent portion control, presentation, and timing across all menu offerings.
• Monitor and achieve sales, margin, expense and labor targets.
• Hire, train, and mentor kitchen staff to uphold Alltown Fresh standards.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to ensure excellence.
