Qualifications

• Must have ServSafe or approved Food Safety Certification within 90 days of employment.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3–5 years of experience in a high-volume foodservice environment, with 1–2 years of kitchen leadership or management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency.
• Prepare, cook, and present menu items according to company standards and recipes.
• Lead daily prep and production, ensuring all food meets freshness and flavor expectations.
• Hire, train, and mentor kitchen staff to uphold Alltown Fresh standards.
• Maintain consistent portion control, presentation, and timing across all menu offerings.
• Enforce all food safety, sanitation, and allergen management procedures.
