Job summary

Global Partners LP in Massachusetts is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the culinary heartbeat of the store, overseeing all kitchen operations with precision and care. You’ll guide, mentor, and inspire a team to deliver quality, hospitality, and consistency across made-to-order meals and grab-and-go offerings.

You’ll maintain high standards, safety, and cost controls in a fast-paced environment, while developing people and contributing to a trusted local brand.

Qualifications

• ServSafe or equivalent certification within 90 days of employment.
• 3–5 years of experience in a high-volume foodservice environment, with 1–2 years in leadership.
• Proven ability to manage kitchen operations in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency.
• Prepare, cook, and present menu items according to standards.
• Lead daily prep and production while maintaining freshness and flavor.
• Hire, train, and mentor kitchen staff and promote a positive culture.
• Enforce food safety, sanitation, allergen management, and cost controls.
