• Mentor BOH staff and foster a positive, productive kitchen culture.
• Ensure brand standards for presentation and quality are consistently met.
• Set tone for team pace and energy during each shift.
• Manage inventory, kitchen organization, and waste tracking.
• Assist with scheduling and BOH staff development; open/close and act as key holder.
