Job summary

Casey’s in Cedar Rapids is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead kitchen team members and supervise daily operations in prepared foods and beverage areas. You will train, guide, and engage staff while focusing on food safety, inventory control, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Under Store Manager supervision, you’ll drive 5S standards, manage inventory, and collaborate to maximize productivity and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members and delegate tasks.

• Maintain 5S standards and oversee inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service and keep the Store Manager informed.
• Model Casey’s CARES values and support Store Team Member duties when needed.
