Casey’s is seeking a Kitchen Manager in Iowa to lead a busy kitchen, train team members, and partner with the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will oversee prepared foods and beverages operations, enforce food safety, manage inventory, and drive productivity and profitability while modeling Casey’s CARES values.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on standards, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen team members and delegate tasks.
• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations in prepared foods and dispensed beverages.
• Ensure 5S standards and smooth daily operations under Store Manager supervision.
• Maintain accurate kitchen inventory and stock levels.
• Address guest concerns related to kitchen service and communicate with Store Manager.
