Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Kitchen Manager for DashMart Kitchens (DMK) to oversee daily operations of a DoorDash-owned kitchen within a DashMart facility. You will lead hourly Kitchen Associates and Shift Leads, ensuring safe, efficient food production and high-quality standards while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

You will manage staffing, scheduling, and performance, and be cross-trained in DashMart operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in high-volume restaurant operations.
• 1+ year leading teams including coaching and scheduling.
• ServeSafe Manager certification or willingness to obtain.
• Hands-on leader who motivates teams to perform.
• Comfort with startup-style fast-paced environments.
• Analytical and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Leading: hire, coach and develop a safe, inclusive, high-performing team and cultivate a safety-first culture.
• Operating: drive scheduling, par levels, recipe execution, and cross-functional coordination to hit targets.
