Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Kitchen Manager for the DashMart Kitchens (DMK) to lead a DoorDash-owned kitchen within a DashMart fulfillment center. You will manage staffing, scheduling, and kitchen performance while upholding food safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a medium/high-volume restaurant environment.
• 1+ years leading teams including hiring, scheduling and coaching.
• ServeSafe Manager certification or willingness to obtain.
• Hands-on leader managing 5+ employees in fast-paced settings.
• Familiarity with inventory/fulfillment processes and IMS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations for DMK within a DashMart site.
• Hire, coach, schedule, and develop Kitchen Associates and Shift Leads.
• Ensure food safety, accuracy, quality, and on-time meal prep.
• Coordinate cross-training between DMK and DashMart operations.
• Analyze performance data and drive process improvements.
