The Brass Tap - California is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee all kitchen operations, ensure food quality and safety, and lead a team to deliver a great dining experience.

You will manage staff, inventory, and costs while coordinating with the GM and FOH to maintain smooth service and high guest satisfaction. Strong leadership and culinary knowledge are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and coordinating with FOH/GM
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Solid knowledge of culinary techniques and menu execution
• Proven organizational skills and problem-solving under pressure
• In-depth understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices

Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations and ensure food quality and safety.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise kitchen staff; enforce standards.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs.
• Maintain cleaning standards and sanitary conditions at all times.
• Coordinate with GM/AGMs and front-of-house to ensure smooth service.
• Drive efficiency by optimizing workflow and resolving issues on the spot.
