Job summary

The Brass Tap - Pasadena is seeking kitchen team members to prep, cook and plate menu items in a fast‑paced craft beer environment, following recipe procedures and ensuring quality with pride.

You will follow food safety guidelines, operate the grill, fryers and oven, keep equipment clean, and work weekend and holiday shifts. Must be 18+, enjoy teamwork, and contribute to a culture of safety and fresh, guest‑facing plates. Meal perks available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available for weekend and holiday shifts.
• Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, and spec charts in English.
• Able to operate grill, fryers, oven and other kitchen equipment.
• Stand, bend and lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling & storage.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Follow recipe procedures.
• Keep equipment clean and organized.
• Complete duties without constant supervision.
