Qualifications

• Follow food safety guidelines

• Read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, and spec charts in English
• Operate kitchen equipment competently (grill, fryers, oven)
• Stand, bend and lift up to 60 pounds
• Work in a hot kitchen and deal with equipment heat
