Job summary

The Brass Tap is seeking kitchen team members to prep, cook and plate menu items with a focus on quality and consistency. You will follow recipe procedures, maintain cleanliness, and operate grill, fryer, oven and other equipment in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• Weekend and holiday shifts availability.
• Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets in English.
• Able to operate grill, fryers, oven and other kitchen equipment.
• Standing for long periods, bending and lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Exposure to heat and busy kitchen environment.

Responsibilities
