Job summary

The Brass Tap is seeking a kitchen team member to prep, cook, and plate menu items in a fast-paced craft beer environment. You will follow recipes, maintain cleanliness, and ensure food safety standards are met to deliver high quality dishes.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older, based on state and local requirement.
• Excellent teamwork and communication with kitchen staff.
• Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, and spec charts in English.
• Capable of operating grill, fryers, oven and other kitchen equipment.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Exposure to heat and kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling & storage.
• Maintain safety and sanitation procedures.
• Follow recipe procedures precisely.
• Keep kitchen equipment clean and organized.
• Complete duties with minimal supervision.
