The Brass Tap is seeking a kitchen team member to prep, cook, and plate menu items according to recipes, maintaining quality and pride in every dish. The role emphasizes teamwork and positive attitudes as part of our culture.

Responsibilities include following food safety guidelines, sanitation procedures, and efficient, supervised work. Flexibility for weekend and holiday shifts is required, with a focus on delivering consistent, chef-inspired results.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older per state/local requirements.
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts.
• Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, and spec charts in English.
• Able to competently operate kitchen equipment (grill, fryers, oven).
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling & storage.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Follow recipe procedures.
• Keep equipment clean and organized.
• Complete duties without constant supervision.
