Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a food service or commercial kitchen environment required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, particularly in customer-facing settings.
• ServSafe Certification is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portions.
• Follow recipes, safety guidelines, and sanitation standards.
• Rotate food products with labeling and dating.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and perform preventive maintenance checks.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor food loss and spoilage, recording waste and identifying reduction opportunities.
• Fulfill food orders and requests promptly with high quality.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests and team members.
