Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare food items, ensuring all products are cooked properly and meet quality standards.
• Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Follow recipes, food preparation procedures, safety guidelines, and sanitation standards.
• Rotate food products appropriately, including labeling, dating, and covering all items stored in the kitchen.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and perform preventative maintenance checks as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation at all times.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable food safety regulations, health codes, and company policies.
• Monitor food loss and spoilage, accurately recording waste and identifying opportunities to reduce it.
• Fulfill food orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests and team members.
