Job summary

Pura Vida Miami Llc is seeking an experienced kitchen leader to oversee all kitchen operations, train staff, and ensure quality and consistency across every menu item. You will supervise, delegate tasks, and enforce health and safety standards while maintaining a positive, efficient work environment.

Candidates should have 5–6 years in a fast-paced food production or dining setting, with culinary school certification a plus, weekend flexibility, and proficiency with POS and standard office

Qualifications

• 5–6 years in a fast-paced food production facility, restaurant, or dining service

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations and coordinate with Managers in Training.
• Supervise and communicate expectations to kitchen staff.
• Uphold quality and consistency for all menu items.
• Provide training on prep work and food presentation.
• Onboard and retain team members through motivation and coaching.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation regulations are followed.
