Job summary

Noble Crust is seeking a Restaurant Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead the back-of-house team in a growing, high-end casual concept in Tampa. The role offers $52,000–$55,000 base with a period bonus plan, and opportunities to shape menus and control food costs.

You will oversee kitchen operations, train staff, and maintain quality standards while collaborating with the management team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-service kitchen management experience.
• Polished/upscale casual dining experience strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in a from-scratch, culinary driven kitchen necessary.
• Experience developing culinary-focused local menu options.
• Ability to train, develop and motivate culinary team members.
• Experience managing food costs and menu ordering.

Responsibilities

• In this SC role, you will manage restaurant back of house / kitchen teams along with senior restaurant manager roles and duties.
• Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef or Culinary Manager experience is preferred in this Heart of House role.
