Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting food to recipe standards. You will supervise BOH staff, enforce safety, manage inventory and food costs, and lead training to develop key employees while maintaining a fun, guest-focused kitchen culture.

Responsabilités

• Supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures
• Enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness of restaurant and safety of guests
• Directing productivity to monitor and maintain efficient and effective food item ticket times
• Managing performance of Back of House employees, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Assisting with the development of key employees, assistant managers, and hourly staff with daily feedback
• Conducting line Taste & Temp checks as part of inventory and kitchen safety
• Overseeing proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
• Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
• Managing food costs, tracking waste, and controlling kitchen labor costs
• Directing work for Back of House, including scheduling and task assignment
• Training Back of House staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Back of House staff
