You will supervise production, enforce policies, and manage staff performance while ensuring safety and cleanliness. The role emphasizes training, cost control, and inventory management to support efficient service and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead Back of House teams in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Experience overseeing inventory, food costs, and waste management.

Responsibilities

• Supervising production and preparation to recipes and procedures.
