Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting food on a timely basis.

You will lead kitchen staff, manage costs, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with front-of-house leadership to deliver Legendary Food and Legendary Service to guests in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum kitchen management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to supervise Back of House staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and preparation of all menu items in line with recipes.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards restaurant-wide.
• Direct labor and manage weekly Back of House schedules.
• Coach and evaluate performance of prep staff and line cooks.
