You'll train Team Members, guide daily operations in prepared foods and dispensed beverages, and oversee inventory while upholding food safety standards. You will influence productivity and profitability, model Casey's CARES values, and support colleagues with hands-on leadership and devotion to quality

Responsibilities

• Train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members and coach for success.
• Under supervision, manage activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to ensure kitchen operations run smoothly and 5S standards are maintained.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Address guest concerns related to kitchen service and keep Store Manager informed.
• Model Casey's CARES values in daily practice.
• Perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
