Responsibilities

• Train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members; delegate tasks and coach for success.
• Manage and influence operations in prepared foods and dispensed beverages for optimal performance.
• Be accountable with Store Manager for kitchen activities, maintain 5S, ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service and keep Store Manager informed.
• Model Casey's CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Proficiently perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
