Casey’s is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead the store's kitchen team and partner with the Store Manager to deliver an outstanding guest experience. You’ll train Team Members, manage prepared foods and beverages, and safeguard food safety and inventory while driving productivity and profitability.

Starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $19.55 per hour. This role offers quarterly bonuses based on kitchen performance and opportunities for growth within the company, with full benefits

Responsabilidades

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks effectively, and coach for success.
• Under the supervision of the Store Manager, manage and influence activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with the Store Manager to ensure 5S standards and smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service.
• Model Casey’s CARES values and coach others accordingly.
• Perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
