Job summary

Casey’s General Store in Illinois is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead and develop the kitchen team, ensure food safety, manage inventory, and drive prepared foods and beverage operations for peak guest satisfaction.

You’ll train and coach Team Members, uphold 5S standards, partner with the Store Manager on daily operations, and model Casey’s CARES values. This full‑time role offers quarterly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks effectively, and coach for success.
• Under supervision, manage and influence kitchen operations in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with the Store Manager to be accountable for all kitchen activities, maintain 5S standards, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service, keeping the Store Manager informed.
• Model and coach Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
