Job summary

Casey’s in Ohio is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen team and ensure guest satisfaction. You will train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, manage daily operations, uphold food safety standards, and optimize inventory for profitability.

You’ll partner with the Store Manager to drive 5S standards, prepare foods and beverages, and maintain smooth daily operations while modeling Casey's CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and guest-service oriented.
• Experience leading kitchen teams or shifts.
• Ability to drive performance and accountability in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members; delegate tasks and coach for success.
• Under Store Manager supervision, manage activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to ensure 5S standards and smooth kitchen operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service and report to Store Manager.
• Model Casey's CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
