You’ll oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, uphold food safety standards, manage inventory, and support prepared foods and beverages to boost productivity and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members and coach for success.
• Manage activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to maintain 5S standards and smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service and report to Store Manager.
• Model Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
