You’ll manage day-to-day kitchen operations, focusing on food safety, overseeing inventory, and driving productivity and profitability in prepared foods and dispensed beverages. This role offers potential quarterly bonuses and opportunities for growth within Casey's.

• Train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks, and coach for success.
• Manage kitchen activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to uphold 5S and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Address guest concerns related to kitchen service and keep the Store Manager informed.

• Perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
