Qualifications

• Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, and safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage Heart-of-House (HOH) operations and oversee HOH team members.
• Provide direction and supervision for HOH staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Drive training and development of the HOH team and enforce standards for safety and quality.
