The role emphasizes strong leadership, hands-on training, and compliance with health and safety standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Passion for training and developing your team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Heart-of-House (HOH) management and performance.
• Provide direction and supervision for HOH team members.
