Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the Heart-of-House operations and manage HOH team members. You will ensure efficient kitchen performance and provide direction to the HOH staff, driving guest satisfaction through strong operational execution.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training and development, and adherence to safety, health, and quality standards within a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Solid knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling and sanitation.
• Experience with responsible alcohol service and safety/security protocols.
• Proficient with basic computer operations.
• Passion for training and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HOH (Heart-of-House) management and operations.
• Provide direction and supervision for HOH team members.
• Lead execution and performance improvements in the kitchen and HOH.
