Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the Heart-of-House operations, directing HOH performance and guiding all HOH team members toward consistent, high-quality execution.

You will ensure adherence to labor laws, health codes, and sanitation standards while fostering a culture of training and development to elevate the skill set of your kitchen staff and service teams.

Qualificações

• Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation.
• Experience in staff training and development.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the Heart-of-House (HOH) as Kitchen Manager and oversee HOH performance.
• Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members.
• Oversee execution of kitchen operations and ensure standards are met.
• Drive training initiatives and team development.
