Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the Heart-of-House operations and drive performance, training, and development for the HOH team. You will oversee HOH execution and provide leadership to all HOH staff to ensure quality and service standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on management, ensuring food safety, labor compliance, and continuous improvement through coaching and development of your team.

Competenze

• Two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Passion for training and developing your team.

Mansioni

• Oversee the Heart-of-House (HOH) as Kitchen Manager and manage HOH execution and performance.
