Responsibilities

• Train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks, and coach for success.
• Manage and influence kitchen operations in prepared foods and beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to oversee all kitchen activities and 5S standards.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service.

• Perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
