Casey’s is seeking a Kitchen Manager in Saint Charles, IA. You will lead the kitchen team, train and coach staff, and partner with the Store Manager to run daily kitchen operations, including prepared foods and beverages, inventory control, and guest satisfaction.

This hands‑on role emphasizes delivering results within a fast‑paced environment, upholding Casey’s CARES values, and occasionally performing Store Team Member duties as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks effectively, and coach for success.
• Under the Store Manager, manage and influence activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with the Store Manager to be accountable for all kitchen activities, maintaining 5S standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service, keeping the Store Manager informed.
• Model Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Proficiently perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
