Casey’s is hiring a Kitchen Manager in Iowa City, IA. You’ll lead the kitchen team, train Team Members, and work under the Store Manager to ensure efficient daily operations and top-notch guest service. You’ll focus on food safety, inventory control, and maximizing productivity in prepared foods and beverages.

You’ll drive 5S standards, coach staff, and partner with leadership to deliver exceptional results while modeling Casey’s CARES values in a fast-paced environment.

• Partner with Store Manager to ensure 5S and smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Address guest concerns related to kitchen service with Store Manager oversight.
• Model Casey’s CARES values in daily work.
• Contribute to Store Team Member duties when needed.
