Thirteen Bar & Restaurant in Verona, WI, is seeking a Full-Time Kitchen Manager to lead the on-site kitchen, ensure food quality, and drive cost controls in a fast-paced sports bar setting. As part of Troon, you’ll build repeatable systems and cultivate a strong kitchen culture.

You’ll oversee labor planning, inventory, sanitation, and menu execution while coaching a BOH team to maintain high standards and curb appeal through consistent technique and teamwork.
