BelAir Cantina in Oak Creek, WI is seeking a Kitchen Manager to plan, organize, train, and lead the kitchen to meet objectives in sales, costs, guest satisfaction, and quality standards.

You will oversee food purchasing, prep, and maintenance of quality standards, ensure cleanliness, and manage a team with strong leadership and communication. Flexibility with hours and travel to other locations is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Culinary degree or related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, train and lead kitchen operations to achieve sales, cost, and quality targets.
• Oversee food purchasing, preparation and maintain quality standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Travel to other stores as needed and conduct weekly in-store manager meetings.
