Kj’s Market in Lake City, SC is seeking a Bluebird Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen/deli/bakery while ensuring guest satisfaction, menu execution, and strong team development. You’ll drive safety, quality, and performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise hosts and assistants, manage inventory and costs, and coordinate with store teams to meet budget targets and standards. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong guest-service and selling skills.
• Ability to supervise people, including training and development.
• Knowledge of kitchen, deli, and bakery operations.
• Ability to read and follow directions; excellent communication.
